Denis Picard is a second generation paperhanger carrying on the tradition of the family-owned painting
and wallcovering business founded in l959. Now with decades of painting and paperhanging experience,
he works side by side with his wife, Ollie.

Denis joined the NGPP (now the WIA) in 1987 as the charter President of the Connecticut Chapter. He has been certified by the association since the inception of this program in the mid-90’s.
